| ABSTRACT |
|
In 1963, the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) honored one winner and granted eight awards of merit in their first Design Awards competition. The competition has expanded greatly over the last 50 years, and this year, three juries selected 16 building projects and six bridge projects as winners.
